UW Bothell Admissions Group Visits Request Form
Please note that you are submitting a request form and your visit is not guaranteed. An admissions representative will reach out to confirm your visit and provide additional details. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we may not be able to accommodate your request due to space availability or other social-distancing factors. Thank you for your understanding!
Group visits must be scheduled at least three weeks in advance. At this time, we can accommodate a maximum of 45 guests on a group tour.
Staying Healthy:
For everyone's safety, UW Bothell Admissions is operating under the following guidelines:
- Masks are, as of March 28, optional inside most University facilities. While optional, we continue to welcome and encourage mask wearing to help our community feel safe.
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or negative Covid test result within two weeks prior to event date (vaccine card or photo of vaccine card with matching ID) is required for all guests participating in your visit
